1. Who we are

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. (a company registered in the USA) is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. This means that Western Bid, Inc. processes your payment and issues the charge to your payment method. For this reason, the payee on your PayPal account or credit card statement will appear as "WESTERN BID".

All product, order fulfillment, shipping, returns and customer service matters are handled by the Seller (ZAYKO). Refunds approved under our Refund Policy are issued to your original payment method through Western Bid, Inc.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3. Orders and cancellation

By placing an order on this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period the order may already be in production, as most of our items are handmade to order — see Returns & Exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in rare cases (force majeure, production limitations, suspected fraud). If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and taxes

The price charged for a product is the price displayed at the time you place your order, in the currency shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer's responsibility — see Delivery.

5. Handmade products

All items are handmade. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and are not considered defects. Colors may also vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (photos, texts, designs, brand elements) is the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you purchase as a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably first — please contact us at zayko062020@gmail.com.
