Since all ZAYKO products are carefully handmade, each order requires time for production before shipping.
Production Time
The production time for most orders is 3–5 business days.
During busy periods or holidays, production may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will inform you about the updated timeline.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after shipment.
Europe
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after shipment.
Other international destinations
Estimated delivery time is 10–18 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs processing.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, your package may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the value of the order and the regulations of the destination country.
These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are usually paid by the recipient upon delivery of the package.
