Returns & exchanges

At ZAYKO, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be in production, as many of our items are handmade and created specifically for each customer.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship the item back within 21 days of delivery

Before sending a return, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions.


Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • include all original packaging and components
  • be securely packaged for return shipping

If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.


Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • personalized or custom-made products (for example items with a name)
  • custom orders made specifically for the customer

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will gladly help resolve the issue.


Damaged Items

All our products are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send photos or a short video showing the damage

After reviewing the issue, we will offer the most suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or partial refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
