Processing time

All items are handmade. Standard production time is 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. During busy periods or holidays, production may take slightly longer — if this happens, we will inform you about the updated timeline.

Shipping time

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–18 business days

All orders are shipped with a tracking number — you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service and destination.

We ship from Ukraine by international post or courier; the final stage of delivery is carried out by the postal service of the recipient's country. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, before payment, based on the weight of your order and your country.

Customs & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes according to your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
