Return & Refund Policy

All our products are handmade with care, and many items are made to order or personalized.

Personalized items

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Non-personalized items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • the item has not been used;

  • the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
